Chocolate and apple muffins, vegan and gluten free
If you follow my blog, you know that most of my desserts are gluten free and non dairy, and that I’m also experimenting with vegan recipes
I’m not going vegan and I honestly don’t do it thinking that this will save the planet, I’m simply lactose intolerant, so I don’t use milk and its derivatives, and we often run out of eggs at home, because my kids love pasta carbonara
Regardless of the reasons, when I took the first bite of these muffins, I fell in love with the intense chocolate flavour and the softness of the apples, which melt during baking
